By using China Travel Tools (travel.pulpandpaw.com, the "site"), run by Pulp & Paw Studio, which is operated by an individual based in China, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information only — not official or legal advice

• The site gives general travel information. It is not official government information, legal advice, immigration advice or a visa service.
• We are not affiliated with the National Immigration Administration of China (NIA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, any Chinese embassy or consulate, any airline, or any government.
• Results from our visa-free transit checker are an estimate based on published rules. They are not a guarantee of entry. The border inspection officer at the port decides whether you may enter, and airlines decide whether you may board.

2. Always verify before you travel

Visa and entry rules can change at short notice. Before you book or travel, confirm the rules that apply to you with:

• the National Immigration Administration: en.nia.gov.cn and its 12367 service hotline (+86 12367 from abroad);
• the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country;
• your airline (check-in staff may ask for proof of your onward ticket and eligibility).

Every page shows a "Last verified" date. Information may be out of date after that date. Where we could not verify something with an official source, we mark it on the page.

3. No liability

We work hard to keep the information accurate and sourced, but we provide the site "as is", without any warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulp & Paw Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site — including refused entry or boarding, missed flights, fines, extra costs, or changes to rules. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

4. Local tips and personal experience

Sections marked "Local tip" or "first-hand experience" are personal experience, not official information. Prices, opening hours, bookings and access rules at attractions are set by the attractions and can change.

5. Advertising and links disclosure

• The site is free and does not show ads today. If we start showing ads through Google AdSense, we will update this section and our privacy policy first; ads would be chosen by Google, labelled as ads, and would not mean we endorse the products.
• Affiliate links: we do not use affiliate links, and no one pays us for links or mentions on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this section first and clearly label every affiliate link on the page where it appears.
• We link to official websites and other third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
• We are not paid to write any content on this site.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at a rate that harms its operation, or clicking on ads to generate artificial revenue.

7. Content and copyright

Text, data compilations and design on this site are © Pulp & Paw Studio unless stated otherwise. Official policy texts belong to their publishers; we link to them and summarise them in our own words. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
